PTT button and SOS button work only with the Chinese PTT/SOS apps in China. The products are shipped with global firmware, which is NOT support the buttons. the PTT/SOS buttons are not working except in Chinese firmware.
Before first use, please charge the phone for 5 hours. and then connect the phone to Internet, it will spend a few hours to update the apps automatically. and then you can use the phone normally.
The phone is mounted with Snapdragon 210, which is a low-end series of Qualcomm CPU. it supports old version Android (Android 5.1 ). there might be a few of apps do not works with the phone. we don't accept dispute/return for apps issue. if there's any app are required to install with the phone, please inquiry with us.
